CUSTOMER SUPPORT HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

Customer Support Holiday Schedule  

Customer Support will be closed on Friday, 12/24 in observance of Christmas Eve and Friday, 12/31 in observance of New Years Eve.

We will be open and available via Live Help and e-mail during normal support hours every other day throughout the holidays. We will not be available via phone (866-4UTHERE) the week of 12/27 – 12/31 for billing issues, only Live Help and e-mail.

The service will not be impacted, There will be open and you can log is as usual throughout the holidays.

We will be processing submissions throughout the week and we will run the data merge as normally scheduled – in other words, developer items will be reviewed, approved/rejected and scheduled to be in-world on Wednesday and Friday of the holiday week. We ask for your patience throughout this week as we will have limited resources to review the developer items.

Thank you in advance for understanding and continued support. We would like to extend our warmest wishes to you and your families this holiday season and we are looking forward to an exciting 2005!
