Battle At Igamaloo Farms

Late on a Saturday night the paintballs were flying. They have an extra sting in the cold air way up North on Samsyn’s Frosty Wonderland, known unofficially as “Snowman Island”

I happened to stop by to stoke the coals in my barbecue by my igloo and found myself in the middle of an intense paintgun battle and the deadly aim of a few very skilled “shootists” such as La Tina, RICX, Robin Anadrith, and Debbie Anne, and all the while, an AFK Chagall spins around and around like Christmas toy on her spin-art psychedelic spinny thing. 

After the dramatic battle, I had an opportunity to chat with Robin and Debbie- 

Archie: Do you have paint battles here [often]?

Robin Anadrith: um, you just saw my first one here :)

Archie: that ROCKED! I got a few brutal pics!

Debbie_Anne: I'm the one who spent much of her time sliding backwards

Archie: I do a lot of that when I play Paint Gun

Robin_Anadrith: at least it makes sense to slide on the ice, it's weird sliding across sand or grass

Debbie_Anne: yes...the grass stains would be tough to wash out

Archie: good point 

Apparently this frozen Northerly location has a good outlook for a future of fun and paint battles. Wide ranging opinions on this frigid local have been expressed in the There Official forums. It is REALLY far to navigate here by anything other than teleport, and it can’t even be seen from DS999,999. It will be difficult to put on a map without altering the scale, like is still ok with Comet and New Kansas, however, certain redeeming qualities still make the snow covered terrain fun for PAZ builders and Paint Gun Battles as well. Only time will tell what stories will come from this land of ice and snow.
