International Space Station 1 Year Anniversary
by NigelBlackthorne

Gaultier’s International
Space Station was established a few days before I
discovered There in December 2003 and with all that’s gone on in There in
the year since it’s amazing that it has weathered it all, to become one of
the most enduring member created institutions in There. I can recall early
in my There experience, finding a sign near Zephyr with a teleport link to
the ISS. Back then there were no stars, only the blackness of space, but
when you got up to the edge you could look down and see the planet below. I
thought at the time it must be a There created place and was surprised to
learn that it was created by a Thereian…Gaultier.
In
the year since its establishment, countless avies have made the trip up to
the ISS to hang out in the rarified air of its 150,000+ meter altitude or go
up to the roof and drop a vehicle for the ride down. Since the beginning of
the ISS there have been many other space pazzes and communities that have
come and gone. All those that attempt to keep pazzes up in space know that
it’s a major commitment…there is no option to pull your paz when you leave
and drop it when you log back in…it’s put it up and leave it up and pay the
paz fees and pay pay pay.
Gaultier’s ISS club
has also been a huge success with its 276 members. The Voice salutes the
efforts of Gaultier, the ISS club members and all who have
contributed to keep the ISS up and open for all the members. If you want to
visit
here is a teleport link.
