Animation

When looking for something new and different to decorate your home, paz or funzone a quick look in the auctions always provides something to spend your tbux on.  Unfortunately for me, I am obsessed with anything animated.  Well…..almost anything.  From xmas trees to windows…from eyeballs and fish…one can find new animated products hitting the auctions almost daily.  Some of these items are very reasonably priced and some not so reasonable, but that is my opinion on how I spend my tbux.  I thought I would share some of my favorite items and some I found that I’m not quite sure what I could do with, but hey they are animated.

One of the first animated items I purchased was a fireplace….or two.  Actually I think I have bought all the animated fire.  One of my first purchases was a large bonfire and 5 seat campfire.  I followed that up with both of the animated freestanding fireplaces that are available.  I love the fire and the ambiance it brings any setting. 

I have used the try it feature on all the animated items.  All of it very cool.  There is a moving creepy eyeball, smiling flowers, eystocks and barber poles.  Now as cool as some of this stuff is, I realized I couldn’t buy it all because I just don’t know how I could use it.  A big thumbs up to every designer that has submitted this animated stuff! 

Now some of the items I have purchased include an animated X-mas tree.  Wow the difference that makes in your home is awesome.  In a setting with the animated fire you can create a very real and homey feel.  One of the other fun objects I love to play with is the blockheads with animated text.  They are great for a one sided conversation. 

My favorite item to date is the animated bubble tube.   If you have not seen this it is worth taking a look at.  It resemble one of those plastice tubes with water bubbles in it that move up and down.  It fits easily anywhere and is…..well just cool.  Whether you are looking for morphing walls, disco floors or moving ponds and trees, there is always something new to revitalize my auction shopping. 

As I scan the auctions tonight I find new items once again, animated rugs, decks and windows.  Those windows with moving lights would sure look cool with my Christmas tree!!  Be sure to go to auctions and just type in animated and you will see all the items available.  For anyone interested in learning how to submit items I can only tell you that There_Developer leads a club called Animated Builders Club so that is where I would start. 

Now I am just waiting for someone to make that hula girl swing and figure out how to attach it to the dash of my buggy!
