The Tragedy of Involuntary Gender Bending

I think we are all pretty much aware that there are a few among us who have, for one reason or another, have adopted an avatar gender that doesn’t match up with their real life gender.  Sometimes it’s a shock to hear a man voice coming out of a female avie or vice-versa.  Whether you understand it or not…you can’t be in There for very long before you run into this. 

But just imagine logging into There and finding that your avie has somehow trans-gendered without your knowledge or approval.  Well, such was the case Friday for xoJillxo who found herself in a male avatar.  To add insult to injury, the male avatar had a rather bulbous beer gut.  So, the petite, svelte figured Jill, found herself not only genderally-challanged but had lost her flat stomach as well.  

Jill stopped by Hula Gulch Friday night and explained her predicament. She recounted, “…to my surprise I was a Blonde haired male avie wearing underwear...with a gut! By the way...I am usually a brown haired female avie wearing clothes with a hard rock stomach ;) So after pinching myself to realize I wasn't seeing things people started asking me what happened.  I would like to know too! I posted in forums to see if anyone has been a victim to There’s "mistake or horrible joke" LOL :)” 

There Inc. was closed for the weekend so Jill had to spend the weekend like this.  I'm sure There employees will be just as surprised as Jill was when she logged in Friday night.  Jill did have all of her inventory and Tbucks but since she is a female she lacked the wardrobe for men.  Friends donated clothes to keep her male avie body in style. She is enjoying being able to do back flips but other then that she wants her female avie body back.

Well, this is certainly one for the books.  No word yet as to whether she has regained her feminine exterior back.  We wish the best for you Jill and if things don’t work out for you…we’re sure QE4 can always use another male model.
