Voice Staff Member Marries

After many days, weeks, and whatever comes after that, a Voice staff member has decided to take the plunge. No, not the one into a pool of iced tea, but the one where you have to stand in front of a group of people dressed up trying to not fumble over the words “I do”. Yes THERE MichelleC has officially gotten hitched! Who is the lucky man you ask? For many Thereians they would assume CarCus, since they have been together since November, but no. There was a pasty, boxer wearing cutie that caught her eye. Mr. Blinky stole her heart at the Bachelor auction one fine evening. It was love at first blink. Since MichelleC seems to have a problem with men who are too clingy, she wanted to find someone who isn’t always under her avie barefeet.

   

So she said adios to CarCus and hello Mr. Blinky! Their first date was a little awkward she told us, “He kept leaving me every few seconds, so I worried he had prior engagements. But then I found out it wasn’t another avie, but work. He is a work-a-holic, popping in and out all day for work. Bless his server.”

The wedding was beautiful with the chapel full of candles and flowers. MichelleC’s guests were dressed in their evening best, while Mr. Blinky’s family was unfortunately unable to be seen due to the constant popping in and out of the service. All Mr. Blinky could say was, “_”. (Unfortunately we later found out that Mr. Blinky has no vocal chords and was unable to comment.)  

After all was said and done, MichelleC and her friends danced the night away. Will this couple live “Happily Ever After” or not? 

The staff of the Voice has recently received this letter from MichelleC.

 

“Dear Voice Family,

It has recently come to my attention that since Mr. Blinkey was unable to say the phrase, “I DO”, we are actually not married. It is disappointing, but I think I got ahead of myself. I mean what kind of marriage would we have anyway? He would only be home half the time, never there for me or the kids (if that could actually happen), and he is a little too pale for my taste. I mean they guy never wears clothes! Who shows up at their own wedding in boxers? Geesh.  

Anyway, thank you all for coming to the wedding and for your support. Oh and by the way, you are not getting the gifts back.
