 FLOOD IN KARUNA PLAZA!

 by Rose_Blossom

A broken Sno-ball pipeline in a “Try Me” hut was the cause of a major flood, last night, in Karuna Plaza.  While a large crowd gathered to watch the scene, utility repair workers rushed to fix the damage and clean up the chaos.

Witnesses say that it’s uncertain how the damage was done.  The regular visitors and new members ofs the community were just as puzzled as anyone else when the valley of the Plaza began to fill with a white, sticky substance.  After the TEPA (There Environmental Protection Agency) concluded their tests, it was determined to be …. Sno-ball mixture.  Sno-balls are a favorite beverage amongst the population.  I spoke to a number of witnesses who said that any suspicion of fowl play was unfounded.

“The building has sprung a leak in the drink machine, I think,” said Jubi, who was one of the first to arrive at the scene, “do you know any plumbers??  I don’t even have a There wrench!”

“blowkiss” bluezombi commented.

“Were you able to hear anything about how this happened?” I asked bluezombi.

“blowkiss”
“blowkiss”
“blowkiss”
“blowkiss”…

“Thank you, that’s very nice, but I have to finish these interviews” I said.

“Can you tell me what you witnessed, sir?...er..madam?” I asked one observer.

“………………..“ said the blockhead“…………………………..“

The leak seemed to originate from one of the “Try Me” huts in Karuna (see photo), where new Therians can sample various articles of clothing, appearance enhancements, vehicles and beverages.  It was estimated that one of the pipes that feeds to the Sno-ball beverage machines may have erupted, causing the plaza to fill with frothy, foamy, bubbly white liquid.

One citizen commented on the technical possibility of the occurrence; however field technicians are estimating that the flooding has little or no impact on the operations of the community.  As of this morning, the repairs were coming along nicely, but it was unknown when the liquid would be cleaned up.  Jasper, one of the repairman, walked over, while removing his tool belt, and commented, “Citizens should be cautioned that if they wanted to avoid the traffic congestion and the chances of becoming blockheads, they might want to go around Karuna for the time being.  But the problem should be cleared up in no time.”
