There was a small announcement in official forums by Carcus regarding the status of BC Designs, please read below post:

"Some of you may know and some you may not. BC Designs has been no more for quite some time now. We have parted ways and now I am creating for myself now. I am in process of updating a web site for myself called CarCus Creations. I will have some models available for free and some for a fee. Thanks to everyone for your continued support of my modeling habit, lol. "

So what's so special about this story.  Well the fact that more and more developers are offering their models to painters.  Since painters are limited to what There has provided.

More and more builders are providing models to painters.  Manjandi has provided models.  Droopy, Grimm, Sleestak, TheChaz and Kirmeo have provided models which are located on the TMOA website http://www.thetmoa.com .  Now Carcus releases some of his models to the painter community.  Although his website is still in development, there are two sections one with free models and the other with models you can purchase.   

The Voice wishes Carcus Creations great success, and if your in Cangrejo be sure to stop by Carcus' zone where all his house models are on display.
