CLUB OASIS

Are you ready for this!  Club Oasis is There’s newest hottest dance club.  This club is member created and truly a site to see.  I was lucky enough to get hooked up with Shaeri the Entertainment and PR manager and was invited to a meeting with owner BigAngel and Operations Manager OneandOnly.  BigAngel is new to There, about seven weeks, and what a productive seven weeks this has been for him and us!  What he has created in this short amount of time is truly amazing.   BigAngel was taken with There immediately and noticed the lack of night spots.  With the help from some experienced paz builders he quickly learned the art of paz building and created Club Oasis.  This is a four level indoor dance club with two stages and VIP lounge located in Duda Beach, equipped with outside pool and lifeguard and hoverport.  Yes you read that right, hoverport.  There is also a shuttle service from Karuna Plaza to meet all Thereians needs.  Want to party but afraid to drive your buggy after one too many hot blues? No worries.  Therecedes hoverboat and buggy transportation, the shuttle service of Club Oasis, will take you to and from and you can keep drinking while they do the driving.  If your in Karuna Plaza Saturday night, just look for the sign and wait for the shuttle.
   

Club Oasis currently has a staff of 14 which include Operations Manager OneandOnly,  Entertainment Manager Shaeri, bouncers, waitresses and even a lifeguard to keep you safe while you party in the pool area.  BigAngel pulled no punches when he created this club.   

I asked BigAngel about his plans for Club Oasis.  Oasis is always out in Duda Beach but events are held on Saturday nights from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm EST.  He is planning to extend the hours.  He is also planning on opening three more clubs, Rock, Country and Jazz.  So you will be able to teleport from one club to another and bar hop the night away.  There are two full stages and he plans to start booking live acts.  I asked him about the blockhead factor.  Since Oasis is multi level it cuts down on the blockheads since you don't have 100 avies standing in one spot.  So there is a good chance that guy or girl you met an hour ago at the bar won’t transform into a blockhead.  Hey that’s a good thing; too bad real life isn’t like that. 

This is just the beginning for Club Oasis. Shaeri even mentioned a ladies night.  Did I hear Chippendale Dancers?  Keep your eyes on these Thereians, they have loads of plans and all of it sounds like a good time to be had.

On March 19, 2005, Club Oasis will be having a buggy show.  5K in prize money goes to the coolest driver and their matching ride.  So come on down tomorrow night and party at Club Oasis.  I know I’ll be there to check it out and if you can’t find your way or the shuttle service give me a IM and I’ll teleport you over.
