THE VILLAGE MARKETPLACE
A GREAT NEW SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
This
past weekend I had the pleasure of shopping at The Village
Marketplace. Let me tell you, I shopped till I dropped....LOL I
arrived at The Village and I was truly in awe of what I saw....
This place was amazing. Put together by a group
of designers, Geea, Nigelblackthorne, CarCus and
ZachC and Dazee, this was definitely your one stop shopping place :) As I
strolled along the street the first shop I came upon was the shop I
knew was for me...'wink
Just a few steps further I could see the name of
the shop...CIAO BELLA DESIGNS I turned to enter the shop
and was in awe of what I saw...this place was absolutely beautiful

I knew I was in for a long day of shopping when I
took a look at Geea's Brochure. One can find the brochure at the back
of the shop placed on a stand just in front of her models.....these
are so lifelike...I found myself asking for their opinion as I tried
on many of Geea's clothes......'wink..... after spending several hours
just trying on things I knew I had to decide soon on my purchases as
time was ticking away and I had a dinner date :) Yes Meret took me
out to dinner (for real)...........he does this sometimes :)
After careful deliberation let me show you what I
decided to take home with me...hehe...I thought it would be fun to
stand in front of the models and show you what I purchased from the
shop. The best thing ever was that I took everything home
immediately, there were no alternations needed....I ask you, when has
this ever happened to anyone....WOOHOO!
Oh indeed this is me, in between the models, I'm
the one wearing Geea's Champagne Shimmer Gown...Isn't this gown
gorgeous...'wink

Here I am again with her lovely Perrywinkle
Shimmer Gown, I know there is a formal coming up sometime soon, and
I'll just have to decide which gown I will wear....OH, DECISIONS,
DECISIONS....LOL
![]()
Getting ahead of myself just a bit about the
formal coming up sometime, I do know that Halloween is just around the
corner. We all need a costume for this....I chose her Cave Girl
Costume.....I look a little like Wilma...don't ya think.....I think
this costume is fun and I'm going to try and convince Meret to wear
his (Fred Flintstone costume.......hehe).

So I've shown you my formal gowns, my Halloween
costume choice, and now lets go upstairs and view the pics I took up
there. Yes indeed, there are two levels to this place..........
I just adore her Baby Blue Sweater....it made me
feel so warm when I put this on....hehe...not to mention, kind of cute
looking too, don't ya think....'wink....

Now for a little something a bit more chic
looking, I chose this lovely jacket...Grommet Corduroy, worn with her
CB Black jeans with belt....what a lovely outfit....she certainly
matches her clothing items nicely, that I had to have the jeans as
well...Oh my word...its getting close to dinner and I'm afraid I've
had such fun shopping but I'm feeling a wee bit tired.....shopping can
do that to a gal ya know.....ROFL

Before I leave I have to show you the swimsuit I
selected....now this is by far one of the sexiest looking swimsuits
I've had on in a while.....I put on the dark glasses to give you the
real effect.....this is the Pink on the Beach swimsuit...and knowing
me when I go to the beach I'll forget to put on sunscreen and my body
will definitely get a little pink or red if I'm not careful....ROFL
![]() Well
its that time...I hear Meret calling me for dinner....but I'm afraid
I'm truly feeling a little tired...I bet I can catch a quick nap if I
run now.....I seem to remember a couch downstairs...I'll just put
myself there for a bit and I know I'll feel refreshed in no time.....
Thanks for sharing my shopping day with me and I
hope you all get the opportunity of shopping at THE VILLAGE
MARKETPLACE in the near future.......Oh let me tell you before I go
that there are other shops here too, I just couldn't get out of CIAO
BELLA to look at them......ROFL
