New Look for Bathrooms

Back in the day many of us left Sims On Line for greener pastures which for us was There.  No more skilling, but more importantly I was happy not to have to eat, take a shower/bath and go to the bathroom every 15 minutes.  Anyone who played TSO knows and feared the flies buzzing around you, the emote of your avatar sniffing it’s armpits and waving the stench away, and lets not forget your avatar peeing itself while you banged out your 576^th gnome in a room full of people.  Not only was There a new and exciting virtual world it offered bathroom free avatar living.

Fast forward five years to the present.  With all the designer made houses and rooms to fill, many Therians longed for a bathroom.  We even have a column, Bathin Betty, that features the bathrooms of There.  Many homes have bathrooms and those who don't want one.  With mix and match pieces some beautiful bathrooms have been created, but now thanks to Kortt we have a full one stop shop for bathrooms and these bathrooms are animated! 

I asked Kortt a few questions since he is now the porcelain King of There. 

What inspired you to create these bathroom sets. 

I noticed lots of matching sets for kitchens and living rooms and there weren’t any matching bathroom sets.  So I thought it might be a good idea to create one and also have it with animations.  Besides you did say to me “Hey Kortt why don’t you make a bathroom.” 

Moving on…what is your favorite piece to the bathroom set? 

The shower would be my favorite. I like the animated water and if you want an audience, there is a bench built in for your friends to sit. :) 

Do you have plans for any more bathrooms? 

I’m open to suggestions but I do have some plans for additional pieces for the bathroom sets.  

There are currently two bathroom sets out the Roma and the Verona.   The bath tub is animated complete with it’s own animated candles.  You do need to place an invisible chair, couch or cuddle seat in it.  Each set comes with a matching animated shower and a vanity that can also be used to divide a room.  If you do not want a full vanity set no problem, Kortt also offers a matching pedestal sink.
