 CC Metro

Softly sweetly says: You guys are such awesome eyecandy lol!!! Ty for all your hotness except that hairy chest Jayy what were you thinking?!!...But onto the subject CC Metro is a great idea. Coke is so popular around the world and to get rewards for drinking it what could be better than that?  Okay everyone complains about the lag but great parties are always hard to get into.....So what? The place is awesome I give it an enthusiastic 'TU

Jayyson Jokingly Jousts: Now whilst I love the whole idea of Coke being involved with there.com and having their own area my only complaint with CC METRO is the lag. So even though it has some great social settings such as Candler Park, the CC Metro Skate Park, The Metropolitan Theatre & The Coca Cola Cantina, which are great for new members to interact with both new and older members the lag there really does kill my computer. So for CC Metro, with no disrespect to Coca-Cola, I'm going to have to give it a 'Doh

Our buddy X_XblackoutX_X Butts in: Thank you Softly your hot too lol...CC Metro makes me think of Target. Too much red, and that makes it tacky. Not to mention the bottle shaped trees and the uncomfortable looking benches. Oh and we can't forget everyone's favorite part...the LAG. Go to one of hoverboard events they hold regularly and you'll see a truly fine example of chaos. People bashing into one another, half the time not even realizing they did it, all scrambling to get the fastest time for a prize, but they really don't know how they're doing because their frame rate is crap. I like the brand and some of the products, but CC Metro itself gets a 'Doh

Island Guides

Softly sweetly says: What a great program. I haven't put as much into it as I'd like but I've learned a lot. The Greeters are amazing. This month I wasn't sure if I'd meet the requirements and they really helped me out. It's very satisfying when you meet new ones who really want help and are appreciative. Also there are skill up gifts and other fun rewards for example I got a sweet treat and an anniversary drink.. So helping ppl and getting skill up gifts and rewards while you learn more about there? Yeah.... I give Island guides a 'TU

Jayyson Jokingly Jousts: Ok Ok I'll admit it, when I first heard of the Island Guide Program I remember thinking, I dont have time. I have more fun hanging out in THERE. Softly, you know I love you to death (even though I'm still blowing steam over you thinking my hairy chest top was not hot. But hey I forgive you lol ), so when she saw me on several occasions helping out some new members she was like JAY, you have to tryout for the IG program. After a few false alarms I made it to orientation and I know have my coveted Gold Star. Seriously though The IG's work really hard to help out the new members and make them feel as welcome as possible, and help to keep them out of the hands of griefers. I do admit, the bulk of my time is spent at the Welcome Walkway, helping out the newbies, or at Fisher & Paiz Island showing them around. Island Guides for me get another big 'TU

Our buddy X_XblackoutX_X Butts in: I have to say becoming a Guide is one of the best things to happen to me. I can really relate to Softly with how she wrote about There's shine and how over time it may lose some for you, and becoming a IG has helped restore a lot of it. I'm out and involved with things that are going on, meeting new people (my BL has about tripled since I graduated), and helping support this amazing community that I've made my home. By using some of my time to help with events and things I'm making friends and building bridges that will further better my life in There, and make it that much more enjoyable. I've always been kind enough to help those that ask for it and it feels great to be able to be give back and be recognized for hard work, and to have a good name in the community, and to help develop and shape this world by aiding people that are potentially strong future influences for our world. Not to mention the perks we get, like hearing all the news firsthand. We really can make a difference and being a part of it is really a great experience and that's why Island Guides get a huge  'TU

Super Bunnies

Softly sweetly says: It's funny super bunnies pink and black for both male and female and they are in new releases in shop. I never had superbunnies because they were so expensive. Then last week I made a new avatar and she was given a survey and a pair of superbunnies as a reward - wow! I put on the superbunnies  and I couldn't stop running it was so much fun!!! And I got them free so I give superbunnies a 'TU

Jayyson Jokingly Jousts: Well, what I can say? Super bunnies will have to be one of the best things to be sold in there.com as far as I concerned. Yeah the cost a mint but hey these avatars run so dang slow. When I was a Newbie I was forever running around and boy don't even get me started on just how long it would take me to run from one end of Zona Island to the other. The First time I saw the BABS tower there, for me it was a classic case of So close, yet so far”. Whilst some may not like them I love mine and wear them every time I log in. I Give the Superbunnies a HUGE 'TU

Our buddy X_XblackoutX_X Butts in: Superbunnies...wow expensive for some virtual shoes (little more than $11). I survived my first 7 or so months of There without them. Now that I have them, I'm glad I can keep up with my friends, jump to higher places, and get where I want faster. Although sometimes you don't know your own speed and you overshoot and run into things or people or jump way over what your aiming for and end up falling off. I still think I could get along just fine without them tho. Especially since I'm a guide now, I end up having to slow down or wait for new members often. They're pretty convenient, sometimes they're inconvenient tho too... Mixed feelings so superbunnies get a 'TU and a 'Doh

This week:

CC Metro receives a 'TU and two 'Dohs despite being the greatest party ever!!!!

The  Island Guides volunteer group recieves three enthusiastic 'TUs

Super Bunnies receives three 'TUs and a 'Dohs (even though there is just three of  us :P).
