The Voice Spotlight: SofTea

The Voice Spotlight shines on members of There and what they enjoy in their virtual world. There.com is a on-line community that attracts people young and old. This spotlight features SoftTea. She talked with me about why she really loves being a part of There.Com...

 

Softly: Hi SoftTea! Thank you for talking with me. Let me ask: how long have you enjoyed There.com? 

SofTea: she *peeks at profile*...Wow, it is getting really close to two years on here!

 

Softly: That is quite a long time! So why did you become a part of there.com? How did you hear about it?

SoftTea: I was watching the Dr. Phil show way back when.  He was talking to some mom and daughter.  The mother was freaking out because her daughter was playing this horribly addictive game called There.com and she had caught her kissing a boy!  I thought, "that's the worse that could happen?"  I gotta check this out.  I have been here ever since.

Softly: that does sound pretty mild...I remember my first kiss on There.com...I mean um...What do you love about There?

SoftTea: It is good clean fun and good entertainment.  There are lots of fun things to do, exploring and quests, and you meet a lot of great friends from all over the world.

 Softly: It is amazing the variety of people we meet! People love the PG:13 standards of THERE. So you like exploring, I love that too. What are some of the other things you like to do in There?

 

SofTea: Awww...my favorite thing to do is play gin, but I also enjoy dancing with the StrayKatz and hoverboarding.  Buggy bashing is fun too...see??!!  There is so much to choose from depending on what kind of mood you are in...

 

Softly: I love StrayKatz. Gin....hmmmm that has to do with cards, right? hey I could bash you with a buggy if you want.... okay I'm just curious: do you have any clubs? 

SofTea: Bash me with a buggy? I used to have my own hood and tons of different clubs, but I am downsizing a little.  I am gonna focus on my nightclub to be called The Bay Club, located in Bottom Bay and my group the Owl Club.  I am usually on later at night and there is never as much to do...so I am out to fix that...

 

Softly: I love your energy. Nothing to do...you make something to do!!!!! you people will have fun.... oooh I digress...oh One more question...If some one asked you about there.com what would you say?

 

SofTea: It is a great game!  There are staff who wander and also Island Guides to help people and make sure kids are okay.  It is PG:13 and has lots of fun things for kids to do...they can actually learn...and make friends too with people from all over the world.  Be sure and IM me to say hello...I will help show you around.

Softly: thank you for talking with me SofTea, I really appreciate the interview!Wow...what a great interview! I loved talking with SofTea she is such a nice avatar...I mean person..I'm definately going to IM her...hmmm maybe she was talking about Newbies....hmmm an IM or two couldn't hurt.....
