Sure, you can have a drink form the vending machine. The thing you might want to avoid, however is drinking a few too many. It is not the first time that signs of trouble appear in ones typing or speech. So drink in moderation. Don’t flip your buggy, keep the bright and shiny side up.
Oh yes, back to food.
Walking- it really helps take off those pounds- it just takes so much time to walk when a buggy will get you there and back again in no-time. Walk anyway. Slow down, enjoy life’s pageantry.
Coming home with the groceries. It is better to cook healthy food at one’s PAZ (portazone) rather than eat out all the time. But it’s also fun to entertain. But why does ‘entertaining at home’ ALWAYS mean that food has to be the focus? Are our lives that devoid of other interesting pursuits that all we can think of food all the time? Now this, (from the horror stories I hear about those strange things called “humans”), is exactly the trap we avies must learn to avoid.
Entertainment. The simplest, cheapest way to have entertaining fun, is to get out and have some good times traveling around. See up close, the sights in There. …In the back of my mind, I’m always checking for - what a cool location might be for plunking down a paz. Up around that next hill? - A spooky canyon in Tyr? Breezy Saja Island? The choices are still endless.

yet, forming a club or group? I have done this and with a clever

Now, don’t think that these ideas are just diversions to avoid our indulgences. That should be only a pleasant side effect. There is for exploring, and the ways you might dream up of how and what to explore are wide open. As of yet, we have only “scratched the surface”. Have Fun! Archie
