There Dream Vistas

 by Archie

There is a magic window, where you can reach right through,

There is a magic place, where dreams may all come true…

You have a computer monitor in front of you. This is merely the flat illusionary boundary of the unlimited of world of There. Transfixed by the perception of depth and distance, there is no place with the “call of the wild” quite like There.

I constantly see awesome vistas, colorful ranges, mystifying visuals and views in There. Although impossible to represent the profound depths of There in one photo essay, it is irresistible to present of few shots that bring me back to my virtual reverie in There.

Fog in There is really amazing moody stuff. I love disappearing into it, but watch out for that mountainside up ahead. Sometimes I’m tempted to build a PAZ right inside the edge of a fog bank and see the lighting change when I walk into the PAZ.

Some distant mountain scenes seem to call me to drive off, into the mist. The challenging hillsides call to my wanderlust from far away.

Sometimes I prefer a Monster TUV to speed me across the oceans of There. Other times, it simply has to be a hoverboat to get that smooth ride while looking at the amazing places before you.

Stop and get out for a walk-about. A lot of times you will see close up features that you might miss at even slightly higher altitudes.

Exploring is great fun alone or with friends. Be sure to bookmark the cool spots so you can bring a special friend back to share your favs with.

You can probably figure out where all these shots were taken. If some seem foreign to you, then you better grab a friend and a hoverboat and do some low altitude exploration. Hang on to your Lava or Hot Blues, because exploring is mighty thirsty work! Oh yeah, better keep that camera handy as well, because there will be picture post card scene right up ahead!

Bon Voyage’

Archie
