 Memories in There
 

 The cool thing about photos is the memories they trigger. It seems like memories can almost vanish until something triggers it and boom, it’s back like it was yesterday. It’s easy to forget how big There is. This place is huge! It’s too big to walk all the way around, but I remember when Bluedaisysky ran all the around (Elaur’s efforts – here folks, yes, that’s ran on foot, all the way around the planet!) the greatest feat I think ever done in There. Mr. and Mrs. Rush also made history in building first and the highest space platform, and they did it the hard way, by stacking! 

Nova_1 traveled all the way around There by hoverboat –many, many times, and I’m sure he holds the record for most kilometers ever traveled in There. The “Hall of Fame” would be an interesting job for someone, to note all the record breakers in There, and  have a book or place learn about them. A newspaper tries to catch all these kinds of things, but the task is overwhelming, (especially if it’s a full-time job without pay), but even then compiling all the facts would be monumental. 

 

A Huge Stack of Pics 

My humble photo collection is just that. Pics taken when something funny or unusual is happening. Working at the Voice of There has taken me on lots of adventures throughout There. Through storms and sunshine, quiet times, napping in the Hula Gulch Voice office, to adventuring in the jungles and trying all kinds of crazy stunts.

 

 

 

From my days as a young noob reporter, one does not have to go to far in There in to find a strange place or someone taking on a fascinating challenge. In There’s early days, members were very busy hosting events of all kinds. On of my favorites was group travel, especially the hoverboat flotillas. Just plain exciting stuff. Just taking off, over the hills with some friends driving buggies is right up there, too.

 Unusual shots- sighting a UFO in There. A picture of the “blank” girl- I believe I must credit, Banshee Kate for that photo. I have tons of pics, but could find room for only so-many in this column. I have really enjoyed sharing so many of them with you. Some of my favorites were often simple stories, such as the “Roads of Motu Motu” and the “Bridges of There” with all the terrific landscape photo opps, and pastoral scenes.

  

It has been my pleasure to offer my camera lens, and view point as how Archie sees things in There. Hang on to your sense of wonder and magic as only you can make it happen.
