Archie Explores More Aurora
Yes, there are still vast
areas of wide open, big sky country. There are intense steep A magical land also with a serious spattering of islands to explore. The southwestern Sea of Aurora has a fascinating island grouping and many areas are open for you to come and see. These islands have become a popular go-to, in a land far from the usual hangouts on the Tiki Island Chain. I was surprised how many hoods and paz communities have established themselves here.
Here, you could find a paz home on top of a sky scraping mountain peak. You could come a round a bend on your mountain journey and discover a beautiful rural setting, or a modern designer pad or something you might never guess. If you haven’t been to California- OOPS! – I mean Aurora - you owe it to yourself to beg your buddies for a bookmark on this amazing and huge chunk of land. Of course, you can cruise by sea, as well, and this does require patient traveling – I highly recommend it – but hey, that’s just me. Be sure to load a GPS compass to see where your heading. (Check the Thumdar site – a terrific resource) Get a friend to go multi-buggy cruising and get out there and cover some ground. You will eventually become familiar with the wide variety of landscape just waiting here. Mountains, valleys, plains and to the snow covered zones that stretch out on the central eastern coast, including the “icebergs” – where I challenge you to find the penguin family. The northern end of Cal – uh … Aurora – (I had to catch myself on the name again) is perhaps the least explored area. I enjoy cruising low with a hoverboat and ‘skimming’ the sites – hey, that is a great “date” idea to take your newbie gf or bf on, and brush up on your flying skills as well. Open a good old lava drink and see the trails it leaves as you fly along. Stop and make some bookmarks at cool locations. Enjoy!
And now for something completely unrelated; In this issue of Archie Explores I leave you with a mystery picture from somewhere in There. Can you guess the desert locale where this was taken? The statuette artifact is not a PAZ item, but a part of There that will always remains right where “she” is. The style is a real strong clue, Now do you think you can find it? (Yes, it’s a tough one and you may need help from an old timer, so ask around.) Great Explorations to You! Archie
