On The Road with Archie
Roads of Motu Motu make for an adventurous buggy journey. If you’ve never made this ride, this is a great way to spend a dreamy afternoon in There.
These pastoral roads! If you start near the northeastern side of the island you can the road that takes you over the Motu Bridge. This makes a fine area to start your explorations. The roads are easy to see and really a pleasure to follow. You’ll find sand roads, various green cliff edged roads, and miles roads along the beaches. Sometimes you must forge ahead if the road seems to break up a bit. It will usually be very easy to spot just up ahead. (Here I grabbed a Hoverpack to take a look-see from higher up)
Winding through the hills and valleys of Motu Motu. It is not a hard race but a meandering buggy cruise through the sights and sounds of this green island paradise. I have come to find farmland, and picturesque villages tucked away in secluded mountain terrain. This is a photographer’s heaven!
Long the road nestled near a mountainous wall is the Oro Lounge. This is a magnificent location. I stopped to go inside. Apparently, the Oro has been closed for renovations, although I don’t know why. I just took a quick peak inside because it’d been a long time since I was last there. It’s still an awesome nightspot with a giant stone head like the “Mother of all Stone Heads” with a dashing waterfall inside that is seen through its open mouth doorway. It’s eyes slowly shifting to a mysterious green gaze over its domain. Where do these guy come up with stuff like that? And why isn’t this place thriving with visitors. It’s a mystery in a mysterious place.
Anyhoo… - Back on the road Around the mountain is the road that takes you to the mountaintop. Guess what, more spectacular views. There is a foggy area below and also the docks of a small fishing village and the old Cannery building where it still smells a little fishy but is a rustic location to stop for a little partying.
Buggy riding here is just so fascinating. Assembling a large group of riders would be a seriously fun thing to put together. Riding in packs is tons of fun. It wouldn’t be too bad for a quest either. One could put together a very enjoyable buggy-ride quest in the mountain roads of Motu Motu. The views and viewing angles are virtually infinite. Through There one can find drop-dead gorgeous views that probably no one has yet to stop and grab a photo or say, “oh my, take a look at that!”
Enjoy your travels throughout the beautiful roads of Motu Motu. For me, it’s something I never get tired of. Perhaps you’ll spot a place to build your dream house, but no matter what, these roads will take you an adventure through the profound lands of There.
