There’s Bridges by Archie Recently we took a look at Tyrian Bridges. This time we see bridges in many places around There. Some awe inspiring, and some just because they are neat! The bridge design work in There is very interesting. Largely wood suspension bridges, these are still sturdy and remain in good condition despite the weather.
Various style of bridgework in There, include boardwalks. Usually a boardwalk allows a visitor to walk easily and have access and views, but doesn’t have to be a desperately needed connection to somewhere. The Cannery and the small visitor island such as Piaz, have these boardwalk style low bridges. The one pictured here is called “the Boardwalk”, your job is to find and visit it! Clue: it’s on one the islands in the Tiki Island chain. (OK, some of know where this is, - but - some of you don’t!)
Not far from the desert regions near Zephyr is this truly gaping long bridge. Be careful when you breach this expanse. Many a buggy has been seen plummeting off this reaching row of planks.
Still on the Tiki islands chain is this scenic bridge below the Sutter’s camp area. I love being in this area. The views are wonderful.
Now, northward to the alien floating turnip thingies of Saja. Many of Saja’s gardens are connected by thin space walks powered by an unknown force generated by those floating turnip island thingies. Walk with care. The Sajians, I imagine, were extremely accurate walkers, who assumed these sheer pathways would adequate for all.
Lastly in my bridge viewing tour is the only There-made bridge on Motu Motu. This is a gorgeous mountain area with irresistible charm. Looks like a great place to watch the world go by.
Ah, but alas, my wanderlust won’t let me sit still. So I’m off on other adventures. Thanks for exploring with me! Archie |
