Here we are up against the chilly nights and warm fires of the holiday season once again.

 

With the help of the famous Snow Patch by KittenKat, you can’t go wrong for a truly snowy wonderland all throughout There!  

I found a handy resource for this link from Thumdar’s site. Look on the left side bar of the Voice home page for Thumdar’s fully rockin’ site. You’ll get great advice at Thumdar’s too, like … saving your There files to “Makena” by simply replacing the word “program files” in the file name. But read up on it first!

Load up your Snow Patch and hit the slopes anywhere in There. The whole place looks snow covered like Snowman Island (Samsyn’s Frosty Island).

Indeed, time is flying past and an unbelievable rate. So, do years really go faster in this virtual place? The illusion is increased by the sense of wanting to escape from the humdrum world in hop into There. But – the very idea of “escapism” seems to make the clock spin even faster.

 

Okay, I suppose I’m telling myself (as much as anyone else) to get off my butt and get moving. If you have people to meet and things to do, don’t wait! Get rolling ASAP! Remember, There wasn’t built in day

 

 

 

‘hmmm, what’s on my to-do list…?

 

Christmas shopping, - yeah, books! Everyone is getting books this year! (or at least bookstore giftcards – say,  does There have giftcards?

 

Let’s see. Ummm…do laundry, wash dishes, pick up the kids from school – all routine – but need to get done!

 

Oh! And … Important!!

 

- Find time to hang out in There, make some new friends, and find a few old ones!
